【摘要信息】:The stems of Lonicera periclymenum have been investigated for secoiridoid glycosides. In addition to two well-known glucosides, secologanin and morroniside, two rare secoiridoids, secoxyloganin and secologanoside, have been isolated and characterized by chemical and spectroscopic means. Secologanoside has been isolated for the first time as a genuine, non-derivatized compound.

【摘要信息】:A new secoiridoid glycoside, secologanoside 7-methyl ester, was isolated together with 10 known secoiridoid glycosides, 8-epikingiside, oleuropein, 10-hydroxyoleuropein, 10-acetoxyoleuropein, ligstroside, 10- hydroxyligstroside, 10-acetoxyligstroside, oleoside dimethyl ester, 10-hydroxyoleoside dimethyl ester, 10-hydroxyoleoside 11-methyl ester, from the bark of Osmanthus asiaticus. The structure of the new compound has been characterized on the basis of spectroscopic evidence.

【摘要信息】:Ergosta-5,24(28)-dien-3.BETA.-ol, .BETA.-sitosterol, campesterol, stigmasterol, .BETA.-sitosterol .BETA.-D-glucopyranoside, 5-(hydroxymethyl)-2-furaldehyde, p-hydroxybenzaldehyde, protochatechualdehyde, p-hydroxybenzoic acid, vanillic acid, methyl quinate, Iuteolin 7-O-.BETA.-D-glucopyranoside, kaempferol 3-O-.BETA.-D-glucopyranoside, quercetin 3-O-.BETA.-D-glucopyranoside, isorhamnetin 3-O-.BETA.-D-glucopyranoside, kaempferol 3-O-rutinoside, isorhamnetin 3-O-rutinoside, uridine, adenine, loganic acid, secologanoside, and other components were isolated from the flower buds of Lonicera japonica THUMB. (Loniceraceae). The structures of main compounds were elucidated on the basis of nuclear magnetic resonance and other physicochemical evidences.

【摘要信息】:Four water-soluble constituents, salvianolic acids D, E, ethyl lithospermate, and isoferulic acid were isolated from Salvia miltiorrhiza. Salvianolic acids D and E are new depsides. Their chemical structures were determined by chemical and spectral analysis. The structure of salvianolic acid D was finally confirmed by comparison with a synthetic product.
